Hure Freres, Invitation Brut NV

Huré Frères is a boutique Premier Cru Champagne house perched in Ludes, Montagne de Reims, run by brothers François and Pierre Huré. They have farmed organically and experimented with biodynamic principles since 2009 and their vines (average age ~35 years) span clay, chalk, and limestone soils. Their philosophy is Burgundian in precision combined with Champagne’s tradition, yielding terroir-driven, expressive wines. This bright, inviting Champagne combines 40% Pinot Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir, and 20% Chardonnay, the base 2016 vintage plus 40% reserve wines. It delivers crisp aromas of baked apple, brioche, wild strawberry, orange oil, and floral lift. The palate is structured, mineral-driven, and fresh; with crunchy pear, citrus peel, toasty depth, and elegant length that evolves beautifully.
